             PE PP plastic Sheet Board Production Machine Line with Three Roll Calender

This sheet production line is equipped vertical three-roller calender, with high perfomance vented extruder, diescreen chanae svstem, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cuting unit and etc. This kind of line is suitable to producePE/PP/PS/HIPS/ABS/PVC single-layer and multi-layer sheet with thickness of 0.1mm to 30mm and width of up to3000mm.

Extruder

Efficient single screw extruder with water-cooling force feeding system, and barrel with grooving in the feeding zone are designed to save power of main motor; Long L/D ratio and mixing head are designed to get perfect jellification and high output.

Die head 

T die, Treated by nitrification and polishing, special design to manage sensitive adjustment of thickness.

Three Calender

It has Verical and Oblique structures according to different width of the sheet. Specially designed flow path inside the roll ensures precisely controlling of roller temperature, then ensure flat and brightness of the roller.

Quality guarantee period:  12 months or 14 months from date of Bill of Lading.  
During this period, the seller will provide free service for all problems caused by quality of equipments, however except the problems caused by the buyer because of wrong operation. 
Service:  The seller would send technician to the buyer's factory to test the new machine and train people of the buyer. The buyer should pay for round-trip transportation expense, food, accommodation, insurance locally and related salary.
