The line not only effectively removes rust, oxide scale, and welding slag from the pipe surface, but also helps relieve welding stress. In addition, the shot blasting process improves the surface roughness, significantly enhancing the adhesion strength of the epoxy powder and 3PE coating layers, thereby improving the overall anti-corrosion performance and mechanical durability of the finished product.

1. Elbow Conveyor Line

The elbow conveyor system is specially designed for stable and flexible transportation of curved pipes during the coating process.

3. Epoxy Powder Spraying System for Elbows

The powder spraying system is designed for precise and uniform application of epoxy powder on curved pipe surfaces.

• CNC adjustment of powder output

Powder Recovery System

• Powder injection and recovery system

4. PE Winding Machine

The winding machine is used for wrapping the PE layer onto the elbow pipe surface after epoxy and adhesive application.
