The Huashida 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Coating Production Line is designed to provide reliable and efficient corrosion protection for steel pipelines widely used in oil, gas, and water transmission projects.

The 3LPE coating system adopts a three-layer structure: an epoxy powder (FBE) primer for strong adhesion and corrosion resistance, a copolymer adhesive layer to ensure excellent bonding between layers, and an outer polyethylene (PE) layer that provides outstanding mechanical protection and environmental resistance. This structure significantly improves the durability and service life of pipelines, even in harsh operating conditions.

3PE can strengthen the pipeline's mechanical properties, high electrical resistance, waterproof, wearable, anti-aging.
3PE coating/coated steel pipes are widely used in pipeline systems for the transmission of oil, gas, water and other fluids. They have highly resistance to corrosive from chemicals, moisture, harmful environment etc.

Packaged by wrapping film, the charge should be beard if used wooden pallet or wooden case demanded by buyer.

-The guarantee period is 12 months for machinable parts, 6monthes for electrical parts.  After the end of the Guarantee period the Supplier is obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.  
-During a warranty period of exploitation the Seller undertakes to execute warranty service of the equipment, troubleshooting and replacement of out of service spares, except for breakings, bound with incorrect exploitation of the equipment by the Buyer.
-Seller provide the technical service with free, and training the workers of buyers.

The product pipe fully complies with  SY/T0315-2005 ,CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe and Canada, American Corrosion Association standards.
